Our commitment to your privacy
First Coast Ability & Wellness Center (FCAWC) is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit serving adults (18+) with intellectual and developmental differences throughout Northeast Florida. We built this website to welcome the individuals, families, caregivers, donors, and community partners who make our mission possible—and we take the privacy of everyone who visits seriously. This nonprofit website privacy policy explains, in plain language, what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. When you contact us, sign up, become a member, or make a donation, you may share information such as your name, email address, phone number, and payment details needed to complete those actions. How we use it
We use the information you share to respond to your questions, process memberships and donations, register you for events, and keep you updated about our Adaptive Fitness, Nutrition & Living, and Education & Life Skills programming when you ask us to. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it except as needed to complete a service you requested (for example, secure payment processing) or when required by law. Your trust is central to our mission, and we handle your details with the same care and dignity we bring to everyone we serve.
